Can I personalise the poster without their GPX file?+

Yes, if their race is one we have mapped. Open the race page, then add a title, the date and their finish time. For any other run you need their GPX file or Strava activity.

Is a framed or unframed print better as a gift?+

Framed is ready to hang on Christmas morning: $129 AUD for 12 x 18 inches or $249 AUD for 24 x 36 inches. Unframed is $79 AUD or $99 AUD and is easier to wrap if they like to choose their own frame.
