Connecting your Strava account to Athlete Prints is simple and secure. Click the 'Connect with Strava' button on our homepage or shop page. You'll be redirected to Strava's official authorization page where you can review and grant Athlete Prints access to your activity data. Once you've authorized the connection, you'll be able to browse all your activities and select any one to create your custom poster or t-shirt.

The connection process takes less than 60 seconds. Your data is encrypted and secure. We never store your Strava password, and Strava's OAuth system ensures only authorized requests can access your account. You can revoke Athlete Prints's access at any time directly through your Strava settings if needed.

When you connect your Strava account, Athlete Prints accesses your public profile information (name, profile picture) and your activity data (activity title, distance, elevation gain, time, route data, and map). We use this data exclusively to create your custom products; posters and t-shirts that visualize your specific activity.

Your data privacy is our priority. We never share your Strava data with third parties for marketing or advertising purposes. Your activity data is not sold, analyzed for marketing insights, or used to train machine learning models. The data is only used to generate your custom product designs, and once your order is fulfilled, the data is archived securely. You maintain full control; you can disconnect Athlete Prints from your Strava account at any time.

Shipping times depend on your location and product type:

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your package in real-time. Most packages arrive within the estimated timeframe, though customs clearance can add 1–3 days for international orders. Our print-on-demand network has facilities in multiple countries (Australia, USA, EU), which helps reduce both shipping times and costs for international orders.

Because each Athlete Prints product is custom-made with your personal activity data, we don't accept returns for change of mind. Once your design is created and production begins, it's unique to your activity.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we'll make it right. Contact us within 14 days at orders@athletee.store with photos of the damage or defect, and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund. Include your order number and a description of the issue.

We stand behind the quality of our products. All items are printed on professional-grade equipment with premium materials. If there's a manufacturing defect, we'll replace it at no cost. Most replacement orders ship within 5–7 business days.

You can upload a GPX file directly on the shop page without needing a Strava account at all. For activities from other platforms, you can also export a GPX file and upload it straight to Athlete Prints.

Here's how:

1. Export your activity as a GPX file from your fitness app (Garmin, Apple Health, AllTrails, Komoot, etc.)
2. On the Athlete Prints shop page, click 'Upload GPX file'
3. Your route, elevation, and stats will load instantly

This allows you to use hiking, cycling, running, or trail data from any GPS device; including older devices or niche fitness trackers without direct Strava integration.
